Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account on, or using, coffeeonme.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by LaunchPark LLC-FZ ("CoffeeOnMe", "we", "us"). Our Privacy Policy (https://www.coffeeonme.com/privacy-policy) explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region where it is prohibited or subject to sanctions.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity on your account.

Tell us right away at support@coffeeonme.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

You represent and warrant that you are not listed on any sanctions lists administered by the UN, OFAC (US), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Arab Emirates. You agree not to use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or sanctions compliance checks.

3. How the Service works

CoffeeOnMe lets creators receive tips ("coffees") in cryptocurrency from their supporters.

Creators set up a page, share their link, and can choose which coins and networks they accept.

Supporters send tips to a creator's page. Tips are voluntary gifts: they do not buy goods, services, ownership or any financial return.

Withdrawals: creators can withdraw their balance to an external wallet or exchange they choose.

We are a technology platform, not a bank, payment institution, exchange or financial adviser. We do not hold deposits for you in the sense of a bank account, and balances do not earn interest.

All tips sent via the Service are immediate, final, and strictly non-refundable. CoffeeOnMe has no ability to reverse, undo, or refund on-chain transactions. Balances recorded on your account do not constitute deposits, investments, or bank accounts, and are held strictly for administrative routing pending withdrawal to your self-hosted or external wallet.

4. Fees

Platform fee: we charge a 5% fee on tips received. Balances shown in your wallet are net of this fee. We don't charge this fee during the first 30 days after you create your account.

Network fees: blockchain transactions, including withdrawals, may carry network ("gas") fees set by the network, not by us. The fee is shown before you confirm.

We may change our fees by updating these Terms or the Service. Changes do not apply to transactions already completed.

We may establish minimum withdrawal thresholds. If an accumulated balance is less than the network/gas fees required to execute the on-chain transfer, the balance cannot be withdrawn until sufficient additional funds are received to cover applicable transaction costs.

5. Withdrawals and your responsibility

CoffeeOnMe is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, or other user errors during withdrawal. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Before every withdrawal, you are responsible for checking that:

  • the wallet address is correct and belongs to you or to someone you intend to pay;
  • the coin and network you select in CoffeeOnMe match the coin and network of the receiving wallet or exchange;
  • the receiving wallet or exchange supports that coin and network.

Once a withdrawal is submitted to the blockchain, we cannot cancel, reverse or recover it. Funds sent to a wrong address, a wrong network or an unsupported asset may be permanently lost. We recommend sending a small test amount first.

We may delay, limit or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably need to, for example for security checks, suspected fraud, legal requirements or technical problems with a network.

CoffeeOnMe does not claim, support, or distribute tokens generated via blockchain forks, secondary tokens, or unsolicited airdrops sent to platform addresses. Any unsupported tokens or digital assets sent to our smart contracts or wallet addresses cannot be recovered.

6. Risks of using cryptocurrency

By using the Service, you understand and accept that:

  • the value of cryptocurrencies can change quickly, and even stablecoins such as USDC or USDT can lose their peg;
  • blockchain networks can be congested, delayed, forked or fail, which may affect when or whether a transaction completes;
  • third-party wallets, exchanges and networks are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their availability, fees or actions;
  • laws and regulations on cryptocurrency can change and may affect your ability to use the Service.

7. Prohibited use, compliance and taxes

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or commit fraud;
  • receive payment for illegal goods, services or content;
  • impersonate anyone, or create accounts to manipulate tips, giveaways or rankings;
  • interfere with the Service's security, or access it with bots or scripts we have not allowed.

We may ask you to verify your identity or provide information to meet legal obligations, and may suspend your account until you do. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on tips you receive.

You acknowledge that the tax classification of funds received via the Service varies by local jurisdiction. While described as 'tips' or voluntary support, tax authorities in your jurisdiction may classify these amounts as taxable business, royalty, or earned income. CoffeeOnMe provides no tax advice and does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.

8. Your content and our intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you post on your page, such as your name, photos and descriptions. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it as needed to run and promote the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it is not illegal or infringing.

The CoffeeOnMe name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except to share links to your page.

Copyright Infringement Notices: If you believe that content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a written notice of claimed infringement to support@coffeeonme.com with the subject line 'IP Takedown Request', including:

  • identification of the copyrighted work;
  • the URL or location of the infringing material; and
  • your contact information and statement of good faith belief.

9. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, CoffeeOnMe is not liable for:

  • funds lost through user error, including wrong addresses, coins or networks;
  • losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party wallets, exchanges or card providers;
  • changes in the value of any cryptocurrency;
  • indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity. You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Suspension, termination and inactive accounts

You can close your account at any time by contacting support@coffeeonme.com. Withdraw your balance first.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect users or the Service. Where the law allows, we will tell you why and give you a reasonable chance to withdraw any balance that is not subject to a legal hold.

Inactive Accounts: If your account shows no login activity or interaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months, and retains an unclaimed balance, CoffeeOnMe may issue a notice to your registered email address. If no action is taken within thirty (30) days of notice, we reserve the right to apply reasonable administrative maintenance fees or handle unclaimed digital assets in accordance with applicable abandoned property rules.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre ('DIFC'), United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the DIFC. Class Action Waiver: YOU AND COFFEEONME AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12. Changes and contact

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
